Happy New Year! Here’s a quick and easy craft that will add to your celebration- a New Year’s confetti popper! If your kids are like mine, anything with confetti is a win. And these actually do a great job popping and sending the confetti flying! Here’s how to make one in 8 easy steps.

Cut a balloon to fit over the end of the tube. -
Tape the edge of the balloon to the tube. -
Cut paper the size of the tube. -
Adhere paper with double stick tape. -
Fill the popper with confetti. -
Cover the end of the popper with a square of tissue paper. -
Add decorative tape to cover the edge of the tissue paper. -
You are ready to celebrate!
It really is that simple and easy. You probably have most of these materials around your house. Gather up the kiddos and get them making. They’ll love the pop of confetti. Just be broom or vacuum ready.
